Simple Soba Noodles
Soba noodles have a nice bite to them and, cooked in the sweet and salty sesame sauce, are delicious paired with the spring onions for some freshness.

- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 bundles of soba noodles
- 1/2 a bunch of spring onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (black or white would be fine)
Whisk together the oil, soy sauce and sugar. Cook your soba noodles, drain, then pour the noodles back into the warm saucepan followed by your sauce.
Stir through your spring onions and coat the noodles in the sauce, serve with a scattering of sesame seeds.
