Simple Soba Noodles

Simple Soba Noodles

Sesame Soba Noodles

Soba noodles have a nice bite to them and, cooked in the sweet and salty sesame sauce, are delicious paired with the spring onions for some freshness. I served these with a couple of gyoza and a small bowl of miso soup which was such a treat. This is the final recipe from my simple Japanese inspired food ideas. You can find the Vegetable Gyoza and Miso Soup links here. These three dishes all pair with each other if you’re looking to serve up a feast!
