Chia & Goji Berry Bircher Bowl

These Chia & Goji Berry Bircher bowls are a great way to start the morning. Tasty, healthy & satisfying to fuel your day!

Ingredients

  • 100g Oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeda
  • 1 tbsp Mixed seeds e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, linseed
  • 350ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Goji berries
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ Tin of peaches in juice Roughly 200g
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt

Instructions

  • Stir the oats, seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, goji berries and milk in a large bowl or tupperware. Cover then pop into the fridge and leave over night.
  • In the morning, serve the bircher with a dollop of yoghurt, tinned peaches and a few goji berries. Drizzle some peach juice over the top and enjoy.
